Jonathan Reynolds has extensive experience in regulatory and scientific development within the cosmetics and beauty industries, currently serving as Director of Scientific Development at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since October 2017, after roles as Head of Regulatory and Scientific Development and Senior Regulatory Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Burberry as Senior Regulatory Technologist and Regulatory Technologist, overseeing compliance for a variety of product categories, and working as Regulatory and Compliance Officer at Heathcote & Ivory. Early career roles included Junior Chemist at Meller Design Solutions, Research & Development Technician at Avon, Lab Technician at Proficos, and Head Lab Technician at Microbel Laboratories. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry and additional qualifications in Marketing Management, with a strong foundation in international regulatory requirements and product development processes.
