Molly Balzan-Muir

Molly Balzan-Muir is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and influencer partnerships, currently serving as a Global Affiliate & Partnerships Specialist - Influencers at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since June 2023. Previously, Molly held various roles at The Body Shop, including Junior Affiliate Influencer Manager and Global Digital Content Coordinator from February 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Molly gained experience at Wallis Fashion as a Social Media Content Coordinator and Editorial Assistant, as well as working as a Digital Marketing Assistant earlier. Initial experience included a role as a Teaching Assistant at The Amersham School and as a Sales Assistant at M&Co. Molly holds a BA in Fashion Marketing and Branding with a focus on Strategy and Communication from Nottingham Trent University, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
