Nicola McCarthy

Nicola McCarthy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Director of Legal - Commercial and IP at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since June 2018, Nicola has advanced through various legal roles, including Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel within the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure at Pernod Ricard from August 2010 to June 2018, where Nicola held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and IP & Legal Manager, focusing on IP, marketing, and commercial law. Nicola began a legal career as an Associate at Simpson Grierson, one of New Zealand's leading commercial law firms, from March 2007 to June 2010. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
