Rachel Morris

Rachel Morris currently serves as the Head of Privacy and Data Protection Officer at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since March 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior Privacy Counsel at Flo Health Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing privacy for the widely-used female health app. Rachel's experience also encompasses roles as Privacy Counsel at Unibuddy, and as Senior Corporate Counsel and Head of Europe at SHL, where Rachel was the primary point of contact for data privacy matters and played a crucial role in GDPR compliance. Earlier, Rachel served as Corporate Counsel at CEB, contributed as a Board Member for Streetwise Community Law Centre, and gained initial legal experience through various roles including paralegal and triage caseworker. Rachel holds an LPC from the College of Law and a Law degree from Bournemouth University.
