Ruth Scott-Beaulieu

Ruth Scott-Beaulieu has extensive experience in product development and design within the beauty industry, currently serving as Head of Colour NPD at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since October 2018, following roles as Senior New Product Development Manager and New Product Development Manager. Prior experience includes developing products for award-winning brands at Vivona Brands and working as a Senior Buyer's Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where Ruth identified market trends and drove beauty innovation. Ruth also held design and coordination roles at Comfort Station and contributed to accessories design as an intern at Debenhams. An educational background in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Leeds complements Ruth's professional expertise. Notable achievements include winning Stylist Beauty's Best Beauty Tool award in 2017.
