Xander Koenen

Xander Koenen is a Dutch entrepreneur and the founder of Charly Cares, a company that provides in-home child care. Xander has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, including positions as an asset manager, sales manager, Board member, and real estate developer. Xander Koenen studied at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they earned a degree in Business Economics.

Xander Koenen received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate from HBO Nederland. Xander then went on to receive their Real Estate Development degree from NEPROM.
