Latisha C. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Charm City Care Connection since January 2023 and as the Founder and Lead Consultant at Young Legacy Consulting since January 2022. Previous roles include Consultant and Assistant Director at Baltimore Homecoming from November 2020 to March 2023, as well as Manager of Programs and Systems Quality at the National Summer Learning Association from July 2018 to November 2020.
