Bruce Bassi

Dr. Bruce Bassi is a board-certified addiction psychiatrist who directs his private practice, TelepsychHealth, in providing virtual mental health treatment. He received his master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and his doctorate in medicine from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Florida and his Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Northwestern University. Dr. Bassi has a passion for the intersection of medicine and engineering. He enjoys employing technology for the betterment of patient care, and is a leading expert in cognitive analysis to improve technology usability and user engagement. He started his virtual mental health practice for these reasons and to improve access to care for individuals with mental illness.
