Alan Twells

Alan Twells has over 20 years of experience in regulatory and environmental services within local government. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Services and Head of Environmental Health at Charnwood Borough Council since June 2008, Alan has previously held the position of Protection and Safety Manager at Rushcliffe Borough Council from November 2004 to June 2008, and served as Environmental Protection Manager at South Derbyshire District Council from August 2000 to November 2004.
