Nisha Goutam

Nisha Goutam is an experienced asset management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the housing sector. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Charnwood Borough Council since September 2019, Nisha previously held the role of Stock Investment Manager at PA Housing for 18 years, overseeing a portfolio of over 13,000 properties in the Midlands. Nisha's expertise also includes a position as a Voids Surveyor at Asra Midlands Housing and as a Housing Officer at Bassetlaw District Council. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Leicester, a Management Diploma from ILM, and an HND in Building Studies, Construction Management from Leicester College.
