Thachasha Phuangpornsri has a diverse and extensive work experience. Thachasha started their career in 2000 at Nestec Ltd. in Switzerland, where they worked as an Operation Improvement Sr. Supervisor until 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they were part of the High Performing & Target Setting Team at Nestec Ltd.
In 2006, Thachasha joined Kepner-Tregoe South East Asia as a Consultant, where they managed client relationships and delivered projects in organization and operation improvement, project/portfolio management, issue resolutions, and people development throughout the South-East Asian region.
In 2010, Thachasha became a Senior Consultant at Hay Group Ltd., where they partnered with senior management and HR teams to manage projects in the areas of Leadership & Talent management, including leadership development, high-potential staff identification, competency design, employee engagement, and career management & succession planning.
In 2012, they joined Sidel South-Asia Pacific Ltd. as the Zone Human Resources Director, where they acted as a Business Partner to Zone Management and led the regional HR team to deploy Global HR strategy and oversee all HR processes and local policies across 7 countries.
From 2014 to 2016, Thachasha worked as the Director - People & Organization at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Thailand, leading People & Organization consulting projects and managing senior clients' relationships.
In 2016, they joined Siam Commercial Bank as the SVP - People Strategic Partner, where they played a crucial role in driving strategic HR initiatives.
From 2019 to 2021, Thachasha served as the Head of Human Resources & Academy at SCB Julius Baer, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and establishing the setup of a new joint venture company between SCB and Julius Baer.
Currently, in 2021, Thachasha Phuangpornsri is the SVP - Human Resources Management Overseas at Charoen Pokphand Foods.
Thachasha Phuangpornsri has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Mahidol University.
