Preeya Wongfant

Preeya Wongfant currently serves as Associate Director of Talent and Succession Planning at CPF Group, having started in April 2024. Prior to this role, Preeya held various positions at AXA Insurance Thailand from October 2015 to April 2024, including Head of Talent Management & HR Strategy and Head of Learning and Organization Development. Previous experience includes roles at QBE Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited as Assistant Learning & Development Manager and at Generali Life Assurance (Thailand) Plc. as Assistant Learning and Development Manager. Preeya began the career as a Human Resource Development Officer at Advanced Systems Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from NIDA Thailand and a Mini Master in HR Management from Chulalongkorn University.
