Andrew Kivela, MSCpE, MBA, CSM, is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Senior Systems Engineer at Charon Technologies, Andrew leads a team focused on secure mobile device development using advanced technologies. Prior roles include Technical Program Manager and Principal Engineer at Brokkr-LLC, where Andrew managed the full development cycle of engineering services, and Principal Engineer at Welbilt Inc., overseeing multinational product development teams. Andrew also has a background in operations management, embedded systems design, and military intelligence analysis, complemented by a strong educational foundation in computer engineering and business administration from prestigious institutions.
