Amy Wood

Amy Wood has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in both public and private companies. Amy began their career as an Associate at PwC in 2007 before transitioning to a Senior Associate role in 2010. In 2013, they joined Howden as a Group Risk and Internal Control Manager, where they were responsible for managing risk and compliance processes. Amy later progressed to the role of Global Finance Manager, overseeing the finance team and operations. In 2018, Amy became a Senior Global Finance Manager, further developing their expertise in financial management. In 2022, they took on the position of Global Financial Controller, leading the finance team and function globally. Most recently, Amy joined Chart Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Controlling & Operational Finance, where their responsibilities include global finance activities and supporting the Senior Vice President of Finance.

Amy Wood obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from Robert Gordon University from 2005 to 2009. Amy also pursued further education in Accounting at ICAS from 2007 to 2012, obtaining a CA degree.
