Edward van Rijn QC CMA is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Interim Head of Finance at Chart Industries, Inc. since 2024 and as an interim Manager at NorCed interim solutions B.V. since 2008. Edward has held various interim financial leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Interim Financial Controller at Dorel Juvenile and multiple positions at SPX FLOW, Inc., where responsibilities included US-GAAP month-end reporting, financial controls, and statutory financial statement preparation. Notable past roles include Interim Country Controller Germany and Corporate Financial Controller Germany at Momentive and Hexion Inc., respectively.
