John McCracken

John McCracken serves as the Vice President of Finance for the Americas at Chart Industries, Inc., since March 2025, and also functions as a Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Fractional Finance, providing financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to these roles, John held significant positions at Filtration Group, where responsibilities included CFO and COO for the Porex Life Sciences Institute and AG Industries, LLC, overseeing finance and operations for FDA-registered medical device manufacturing facilities in Tijuana, Mexico. Additionally, John was the Director of Financial Operations at Porex Corp, focusing on global financial management. Early career experience includes serving as Accounting Manager and Senior SEC Reporting at Servidyne, specializing in GAAP compliance and budgeting processes. John holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University.
