Venessa Vaught

Venessa Vaught, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Venessa began their career in 2008 at Gatorade as a Human Resource Coordinator. Later, they joined Orchids Paper Products Company as an HR Coordinator and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Venessa worked at Select Specialty Hospitals as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2013, they moved on to Smithco Engineering, where they served as the Human Resources Manager until 2017. Currently, Venessa holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Chart Industries, Inc.

Venessa Vaught, PHR earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on HR from Rogers State University in the years 2008 to 2012. Venessa also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from SHRM.
