Jianan Wu

Jianan Wu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jianan currently holds the role of Demand Operations Manager at Chartboost since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at lalamove as a Senior Operations from October 2020 to September 2021.

Jianan's previous experience includes a role as a Senior Operations Specialist at Airbnb, where they played a crucial role in launching the Airbnb Plus China program and building the brand's presence in the country. Jianan led teams responsible for offline inspections and online account management, ensuring the quality and quantity of supply. Jianan worked at Airbnb from August 2017 to August 2020.

Before joining Airbnb, Jianan worked as a Product Specialist at Tesla Motors China, where they educated customers on electric vehicle knowledge and presented financial, technical, and lifestyle solutions. Jianan also provided exceptional test-drive services to enhance the customer experience. Jianan served in this role from September 2016 to August 2017.

Jianan Wu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Shandong University from 2009 to 2013. They then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Renmin University of China, which they completed from 2013 to 2016.
