Alexandra Michell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Charter since January 2017, Alexandra previously held various positions including Executive Assistant. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Program Support Clerk at Island Health and contracting work in writing and editing. Alexandra's earlier career features roles at CIBC as a Customer Service Representative and as a Sales Associate at La Vie En Rose, among other positions in retail management. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of Victoria, completed between 2012 and 2014, and attended Belmont Secondary School from 2004 to 2007.
