Michael Ong

Michael Ong is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Charter Brokerage LLC since November 2012, Michael is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and leading the company's drawback sales team. Prior roles include Director in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, where oversight of the Global Industrial Group focused on transportation and logistics, and mentorship of analysts. Michael has also held positions as Vice President of Corporate Development at Kidney Center Inc., a provider of dialysis services, and as a Financial Analyst at Bear Stearns, specializing in merger and acquisition models. Michael holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA.
