Hassan Zia

Hassan Zia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. As Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Catalent Pharma Solutions from March 2016 to March 2020, Zia led a department responsible for deploying over $4 billion across 18 acquisitions. Prior roles include Executive Director of Corporate Development at RBC Capital Markets and Merck, where Zia was instrumental in expanding M&A initiatives and leading corporate development efforts for Merck’s Consumer Care division across multiple regions. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President in the M&A Group at Credit Suisse and Assistant Vice President at American Express, managing significant loan portfolios and generating substantial revenue. Zia holds an MBA in Analytical Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
