Michelle Hoffman

Michelle Hoffman, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Director of Human Resources at Spectrum, where they lead a team in delivering employee relations and generalist services to over 1,800 employees in upstate New York. Previously, they held various roles in human resources and operations management at Ace Hardware, Hannaford Bros. Co., and Delhaize America, managing significant operations and human resource strategies across multiple distribution centers. Michelle has built a reputation as a trustworthy and innovative leader, focusing on continuous improvement and team engagement. They are pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at the New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury and hold a BA in Psychology/Sociology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
