Edmund Starzec

Edmund Starzec has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate and urban planning. Edmund is currently working as the Director of Development at Charter Contracting Company, LLC since 2022. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2022, they were the Director of Land Entitlements and Master Planning at MassDevelopment.
