Brian Mattick

Brian Mattick currently serves as the Engineering Manager at Charter Dura-Bar since September 2018, leading a team responsible for manufacturing support, facilities engineering, and capital project management across two foundries. Previous roles include Manufacturing and Plant Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where Brian contributed to process improvement and standardization while serving as a subject matter expert during the Oracle ERP implementation. Brian is also the former owner of Arrow Mattick LLC, dedicated to high-quality natural products, and has held engineering and safety positions at several organizations, including UniCarriers Americas Corporation and Werner Co. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Marquette University and a Certificate in Ergonomics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
