Punith Raj

Punith Raj is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Charter Global since November 2021, Punith has previously held the position of UX Designer at Lyca Group since January 2015, where responsibilities included end-to-end UX activities, user research, and UI design for various internal applications and websites. Additionally, Punith worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Aditya Birla Group from July 2010 to April 2014, managing service order processes and customer care for Apple products.
