David Hills is a seasoned professional in project and development management with extensive experience in the commercial and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Development & Design Manager at Charter Hall since March 2022, previous roles include Senior Development Manager at Frasers Property Australia, where responsibilities encompassed managing master plans and sustainable development projects across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. Prior to that, David held positions such as Senior Consultant at Complexity Project Services Pty Ltd and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Napier & Blakeley, focusing on project management and cost planning for various commercial and retail ventures.
