Geoff Clark began their work experience in 2007 at Macquarie Group as a Fund Analyst in the Real Estate Group. In this role, they focused on fund modeling and forecasting, broker analyst engagement, investor relations, capital management, and treasury activities. Geoff worked at Macquarie Group until 2010.
In 2010, Geoff joined Charter Hall as an Assistant Fund Manager. During their time in this role, they gained experience in various aspects of fund and property analysis, fund and property accounting, financial operations, and development feasibility review and monitoring.
In 2016, Geoff was promoted to the position of Head of Office Finance at Charter Hall. In this leadership role, they were responsible for managing the Finance function for the $14 billion office sector. Geoff'sresponsibilities included business partnering with the Sector CEO and Fund Managers, institutional investor relations, capital management, treasury management, transactions modeling, portfolio curation and asset strategy, cashflow management and forecasting, development feasibility review and monitoring, and property/fund/statutory reporting.
In April 2019, Geoff was promoted to the role of Head of Group Finance at Charter Hall, where they currently serve.
Geoff Clark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Technology Sydney in the years 2001 to 2004. Geoff then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree also in Finance, General from the same university from 2006 to 2008.
