John Fairbairn

John Fairbairn has a diverse work experience across various companies in the real estate industry. John most recently worked at Charter Hall as the NSW Lead - Asset Management - Office, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Asset Manager at Charter Hall from October 2022 to June 2023. Before joining Charter Hall, John worked at Mirvac as a Portfolio Manager from June 2020 to October 2022. John also had a significant tenure at JLL, where they served as the General Manager, Property & Asset Management Australia from August 2017 to June 2020. John's earlier roles include working as a General Manager - Commercial at Brookfield Property Partners from July 2006 to July 2017, and as a Property Manager at Colliers International from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they served as a Committee Member at the City of Sydney from January 2018 to January 2020 and the Property Council of Australia NSW from April 2014 to December 2016.

From 2001 to 2003, John Fairbairn attended Western Sydney University, where they pursued a degree in Property Economics.
