Mark Stante

Mark Stante is a seasoned professional in development origination and project management with extensive experience in commercial and mixed-use development projects across major Australian markets. Currently serving as the National Development Origination Manager at Charter Hall since July 2015, Mark specializes in the acquisition and development of new office projects while enhancing portfolio quality and returns. Previous roles include Project Director at Leighton Properties, overseeing significant developments in NSW and the ACT, and key positions at Brookfield Multiplex, including managing high-profile projects such as the Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel and the World Square Development in Sydney CBD. Mark began his career as a Site Engineer at Leighton Contractors, focusing on telecommunications and infrastructure projects. Mark holds a Master's in Commerce with a focus on Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of New South Wales.
