Paul Dorney

Paul Dorney has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on asset management, property consultancy, and sales. Paul is currently serving as the State Lead Asset Management ACT - Office at Charter Hall, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this, they held various roles in Charter Hall, including Asset Manager for the NSW/ACT Office and Senior Transactions Manager for the Diversified division.

Before their tenure at Charter Hall, Paul worked as a Director at KMS Property Consultants, a consultancy firm specializing in national commercial property strategies. Paul also served as the Director of Amstal Property Marketing, where they successfully managed the largest commercial strata office project in Sydney.

Additionally, Paul gained experience in business development and sales at FinanceDotCom, where they sourced leads for finance deals. Paul also worked at Savills and First Pacific Davies in strata sales.

Paul began their career at Raine & Horne, initially starting as a Mail Boy before transitioning into the Commercial Sales Division. Paul also worked in pre-sales with their Project Marketing Division.

Paul Dorney attended St Joseph's College Hunters Hill from 1984 to 1989, where they completed their High School Certificate (HSC). Paul then pursued further education at Sydney Tafe & UTS from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained an Associate Diploma in Land Valuation Certificate.
