Robert Bryce has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Robert started their career at GVA Grimley as a Senior Property Consultant from October 2005 to December 2006. Robert then joined Macquarie Group as a Senior Asset Manager in January 2007 and played a key role in negotiating and retaining tenants for a $30 million asset in Parramatta, resulting in a significant increase in the weighted average lease expiry (WALE). Robert also identified and implemented a successful leasing strategy for a $90 million asset, ensuring its future development potential. In 2010, they joined Charter Hall where they served as a Senior Asset Manager and later as a Regional Portfolio Manager for Queensland. Robert was responsible for managing a property portfolio worth over $1.3 billion and achieved high occupancy rates and income returns. Notably, they secured leases for a large portion of the property portfolio at Citigroup Centre in Sydney.
Robert Bryce completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Property Economics) from Western Sydney University from 1996 to 1998. In 1992, they acquired an Advanced Certificate in Property Agency from the Southern Sydney Institute of TAFE. Additionally, they have a certification as a 2023/24 Committee Member from the Property Council of Australia, which they obtained in January 2023.
