Trent James

Trent James has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Trent began their career as a Project Engineer at Lend Lease in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Trent then joined Colonial First State Global Asset Management as an Asset Manager from 2001 to 2004. Trent then moved to Macquarie Group, where they worked as an Associate Director from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Charter Hall as a Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for managing a commercial office property portfolio worth $1.9 billion. Trent later took on the role of Fund Manager for Charter Hall Office Trust, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the strategy, management, and investment performance of a $2.2 billion commercial office property portfolio. Recently, they have taken on the role of Head of Office Transactions at Charter Hall.

Trent James began their education in 1994 at Griffith University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Structural. Trent completed this program in 1997. Afterward, Trent enrolled at the University of Technology Sydney and pursued a Master of Business Finance degree in Banking and Finance. Trent successfully completed this program between 2001 and 2003, further expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field.
