Victoria Pearson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Victoria started their career in 2002 as an Analyst at Egan National Valuers. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Prime Brokerage at Citigroup. Then, they joined RBS as a Manager in Structured Real Estate Finance from 2005 to 2008. Victoria worked as an Associate at Allegra Capital from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they were an Associate Director, Relationship Management at BankWest, specializing in corporate portfolio management. Victoria then worked as an Associate Director at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG from 2010 to 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Development Manager at Social Ventures Australia. Victoria Pearson then worked at National Australia Bank as a Corporate property from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Asset Manager at Charter Hall. Additionally, they have served as a Non-Executive Director at Womens Health and Family Services since 2016.

Victoria Pearson attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2019, where they obtained a GAICD degree. Previously, from 2000 to 2003, they studied at Curtin University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance and Property.
