Warwick Mayer

Warwick Mayer has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, primarily in fund management and portfolio management roles. Warwick is currently a Fund Manager - Office Partnerships at Charter Hall since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Fund Manager Office Partnerships & Deputy Fund Manager for the Charter Hall Prime Office Fund (CPOF) and managed separate account mandates from January 2020 to July 2021. Warwick also held the position of Deputy Fund Manager for CPOF and Regional Portfolio Manager (NSW) Office at Charter Hall from May 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Charter Hall, they worked at AMP Capital, where they served as the Divisional Investment Manager from 2005 to 2015 and as the National Operations Manager - Office and Industrial from 2002 to 2005.

Warwick Mayer attended the University of Sydney, where they pursued a Master of Design Science with a focus on Architectural Engineering Technology/Technician.
