Steven Spalt

Steven Spalt currently serves as Director of Land Acquisition at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods, a position held since April 2014, where responsibilities include collaborating with ownership, the CFO, and senior management to identify and execute expansion opportunities in creating new American neighborhoods. Prior to this role, Steven was a Land Acquisition Manager at the same company, focusing on the acquisition and approval of residential land in South Central Pennsylvania since May 2004. Steven's career began in sales at Mid Atlantic Waste Systems from 1999 to 2004 and as a salesperson for Fitch Company in 1998-1999. Steven earned a BS in Political Science and American Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1988 and 1996, following an education at Delone Catholic High from 1985 to 1988.
