Tara Kreider

Tara Kreider is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Land Acquisition Manager for True Homes, Tara manages strategic land acquisition efforts in the Triangle and Triad markets. Previous roles include Land Acquisition Manager at KB Home and Director of Land Acquisition and Entitlements at McKee Homes, where Tara facilitated land options, purchases, and municipal relationships. Tara's background also includes serving as Principal and Land Practice Leader at TradeMark Properties, where expertise was provided in land and investment sales, and as Managing Member of TCFK Enterprises, providing consultation to developers and builders. Education includes a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
