Since 2005, Gerard has served as Director of Valuations at Charter Keck Cramer, specializing in medium and high-density residential and mixed-use development land and projects. Prior to this role, Gerard worked as a Property Valuer at DTZ for one year and previously held the same position at Charter Keck Cramer from 1997 to 2004. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Property from RMIT University, which was completed between 1995 and 2000.
