Cal Sugden

Cal Sugden is an experienced Environmental Health Safety Engineer currently working at Charter Manufacturing since November 2021, previously holding the position of Safety Specialist. Prior to this, Cal served as a Safety Engineer at Mortenson from May 2019 to November 2021. Cal's career began in the US Army, where Cal worked as a Medical Specialist from March 2011 to September 2015, focusing on the health and welfare of soldiers through ambulance crew leadership and base inspections to ensure health and safety compliance. Cal holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, awarded between 2016 and 2019.
