Chris Wells

Chris Wells has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being EVP Strategy and Corporate Development at Charter Manufacturing since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as VP Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at the same company since March 2019. Before joining Charter Manufacturing, Chris worked at Safway Services as SVP Acquisitions & Corporate Development from July 2012 to August 2017. Chris also held the role of SVP & General Manager Disc Publishing at Rimage Corporation from December 2009 to June 2012. Earlier in their career, Chris was VP Corporate Development & Planning (Officer) at W.W. Grainger from 2006 to 2009, and VP Global Marketing & Strategy - Rosemount Division at Emerson Process Management from 2002 to 2006.

Chris Wells has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained between the years 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they have an MBA with a focus on Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed from 1995 to 1997.
