Jan Zizzo is a strategic and versatile leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Charter Manufacturing since April 2020, Jan has a proven track record of driving talent acquisition transformations and building high-performing teams. Prior to this role, Jan was Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Oshkosh Corporation, where innovative strategies and initiatives were implemented to align with growth objectives. With earlier experience as a Senior Consultant at KnowledgeSource Consulting and leadership roles at Johnson Controls, Jan has successfully built Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence and led significant HR initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
