Jennifer Telindert

Jennifer Telindert, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Charter Manufacturing, where responsibilities include managing the operations of a Shared Service Center focused on payroll, policy development, and compliance. Since November 2019, Jennifer has led strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at Charter Steel as a Human Resources Service Center Manager, where Jennifer established an HR Service Center during the COVID-19 pandemic, and various HR positions at Charter Wire and Kohler Co., developing recruitment models and implementing HR systems. Academic qualifications include a degree in Business Management from Lakeland University and a degree in Marketing Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
