Ryan Hennekens

Ryan Hennekens, CPIM, has a diverse work experience beginning in 2009. Ryan started their career as a Downtown Event Planner Intern at Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, where they were responsible for planning and executing events, managing inventory, and participating in marketing activities. In 2010, they worked as an Environmental Health and Occupational Safety/Operations Management Intern at Rawhide Ranch Inc., where they focused on compliance with OSHA regulations and implemented operational and quality control processes.

Ryan then joined Charter Automotive in 2010 as a Leadership Development Associate, working on supply chain development and improving the MRP system. In 2011, they moved to Charter Wire and Charter Steel as a Leadership Development Associate, gaining experience in operations management.

In 2012, Ryan returned to Charter Automotive as a Supply Chain Integration Specialist/Master Planner, where they led capacity planning, cross-functional ERP improvement projects, and implemented monthly S&OP forecasts. Ryan continued their journey within the Charter group of companies and joined Charter Manufacturing in 2015. Ryan held various roles, including ERP Business Applications Specialist, Sr. ERP Business Applications Specialist, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, and currently serves as the Director of Digital-Business Relationship.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, supply chain integration, capacity planning, project management, and process improvement. Their experience spans a range of industries, showcasing their adaptability and diverse skill set.

Ryan Hennekens, CPIM attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 2005 and 2010. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Finance, and Economics.
