Samantha Inks

Samantha Inks has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions throughout their career. Samantha started their career at Giddings & Lewis in 1992 as the Director of Human Resources, where they stayed until 2004. In 2005, Samantha joined Charter Steel as the Director of Human Resources, Safety, and Environmental. During their time at Charter Steel, they also held the position of Director of Human Resources, EH&S until 2012. In 2012, Samantha joined Mayville Engineering Company, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources until 2013. Since 2014, they have been working at Charter Manufacturing as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Samantha Inks attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they pursued an MBA but did not specify a specific degree name.
