Suzanne Dorszynski

Suzanne Dorszynski is a seasoned professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst at Charter Manufacturing since January 2019. In addition, Suzanne has held the role of Human Resources Director at MRA - The Management Association since August 2008, contributing to the organization's mission of fostering effective workforces and workplace safety. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at GMK Companies, Inc. from February 1997 to October 2012, and as HR and Credit Manager at Great Lakes Biochemical from 1989 to 1996. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Lubar College of Business.
