John Garnett

John Garnett currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sustainability, Technology & Innovation at Charter Next Generation, a position held since November 2023, having previously been the Vice President of Sustainability & Emerging Technology. Prior to this, John Garnett held various leadership roles at Conagra Brands from June 2013 to November 2023, including Vice President of Science & Technology, where responsibility encompassed long-term R&D initiatives in areas such as ingredients and sustainable packaging. Notable achievements include launching several products within the Grocery and Refrigerated business unit and leading efforts in disruptive innovation and packaging design. Earlier in the career at The Dow Chemical Company, John Garnett led teams focused on polymer application technology and contributed significantly to the development of high-performance packaging materials. John Garnett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
