Barbara Cafarelli is an experienced professional currently serving as the Recruiting and Transition Coordinator at Charter Oak Financial since March 2008. In this role, Barbara oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process, manages communication with various stakeholders, and demonstrates expertise in relationship management and project oversight. Prior to this position, Barbara worked as an Office Assistant at R.Scott Smith DDS and served as a Customer Service Manager in Baggage Services at American Airlines for nearly two decades. Barbara holds a degree in Travel/Tourism from Johnson & Wales University.
