Lisa E. has extensive experience in operations and customer service across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Site Coordinator at Charter Oak Financial since 2018, Lisa previously held the position of Office Operations Supervisor at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2009 to 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing a 300-member call center and managing facilities maintenance operations. Earlier roles included Customer Service Representative positions at Innovation First Notice and Liberty Mutual Insurance, focusing on client interactions and insurance claims reporting. Lisa began the professional journey as a Claims Representative at The Hartford and subsequently worked as a Sales Assistant/Office Manager at MassMutual. Lisa E. holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Connecticut, earned in 1981.
