Kenesia Wells, MPA, MEd, currently serves as the Federal Programs Coordinator at Charter One since January 2022. With a diverse background in education, Kenesia has held teaching roles at various institutions, including Wake County Public School System, Casa Esperanza Montessori Charter School, Healthy Start Academy, PAVE Academy Charter School, and Public Preparatory Network, where responsibilities included mentoring and leading other educators. Kenesia's early career involved founding teaching roles and program direction at institutions such as Lefferts Gardens Charter School and Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education, and a Master’s in Public Administration, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from North Carolina State University.
