Lauren Herbert has a diverse work experience in the education field. Lauren began their career in 2009 as a Teacher at Charter School Associates, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined the same company again and held various roles, including Dean of Students/Assistant Principal and Elementary School Principal. Lauren continued to progress within the organization and became the Director of Client Services in 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of School Accountability and Strategy.

Lauren Herbert has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Temple University. Lauren also holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education. Lauren completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Lauren has an additional certification, the Educational Certificate: K-12, obtained from the Florida Department of Education in June 2014, with a focus on Educational Leadership, Elementary Education, and English.
