Maddy Marlton

Maddy Marlton is a Director of Real Estate Operations at Charter School Capital, Inc. Maddy previously worked as an Executive Assistant / Transaction Coordinator at Apex Real Estate Partners from October 2016 to September 2018. Prior to that, they were a Student Office Assistant at the University of Oregon Cultural Forum from September 2015 to April 2016 and at the University of Oregon Office of International Affairs from June 2015 to July 2016. Maddy also served as Vice President of Membership at Delta Gamma from January 2015 to January 2016. Her other work experience includes Project Assistant at Gallagher Designs from July 2012 to August 2012 and Projects Director Assistant at ETZEL from June 2012 to August 2012.

Maddy Marlton has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Oregon and has also completed a semester of International/Global Studies at Semester At Sea. Maddy is currently a senior at Lincoln High School.
